Born with a rare birth defect, Alex Montoya has only one leg, but that doesn't stop him from conquering his dreams and spreading his powerful message to those around him. Montoya immigrated to the U.S from Colombia at the age of 4 for better opportunities. His many accomplishments include graduating from University of Notre Dame, publishing four books and working as the manager of Latino relations with the San Diego Padres. Alex shares his "can-do" mantra and how he inspires others to overcome obstacles and maximize their potential.
