disable CPU boost mode
1) Open Registry "Win + R" and "regedit" command
2) Follow the path:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00\be337238-0d82-4146-a960-4f3749d470c7
3) Change option under name "Attributes" from "1" to "0".
* If this does not work - try changing it to "2".
4) Close all windows and reopen Power options once again
