This video explains how you start that process of turning the death of loved ones in to positive happy memories. Making potentially harmful thoughts in to something less destructive to your mental state.
When people we know die, it makes us feel sad, it sometimes effects out mental health and if we allow it to stay a burden, just thinking about them can make us ill. Its like losing a pet and not wanting another pet because they all die after a few years. But when you understand that grief only lasts so long and its possible to turn that grief in to something positive, then every death becomes a source of comfort rather than grief and whilst you still miss the person, you accept it and treasure things that remind you of them.
