A new iteration of the Tyrants and Plebeians Minecraft mod pack is now in the works. In addition to improving Flan's Mod, I started editing xradar / clowder mod, the Minecraft factions mod replacement we have been using for the past 2 years. I added a new war declaration system to the Minecraft clowder mod that acts similarly to the systems used in real time strategy games like Hearts of Iron IV.
