Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled is a 2009 enhanced remake of the 1991 arcade game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time, which itself is a sequel to the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game.
The game was available only as a downloadable content from Xbox Live Marketplace and the PlayStation Store; it was later delisted from both stores in June 2011, due to an expired license.
I don't know if a phisycal edition exists nowadays..
