Tanto la versión Standalone de PPSSPP como la de Retroarch presentan unos errores al escalar la resolución que no se pueden solucionar de momento, así que muestro una posible solución.

Esto es un problema visual, si puedes jugar con eso o en juegos donde no tengan ese efecto, no hay problema, de lo contrario, tendrás que jugar en resolución nativa.
