Tutorial - Efficient Flushing Hostile Mob Farm in Minecraft
Welcome to a tutorial on the monster farm design I've been using variations of on several worlds for months now. It uses a single, giant floor sloped down to the center at a specific gradient so that when water is placed in the 4 corners, all the monsters get pushed into the center and fall to their death. It is quite resource-light, requiring only a little over 2 blocks for each spawning space and a few redstone resources to power 4 dispensers in the corners. It's also fairly easy to construct, while it does require placing a lot of blocks, it's a fairly simple pattern if you understand the principles involved.
