I get stable 59-60 FPS while playing without recording and when your on ship, it goes down to 27 fps because it renders distant objects.
I overclocked with MSI Afterburner, undervolted with ThrottleStop and tweaked the driver setting with Nvidia Inspector.I jumped from 27 fps without tweaks to 59-60 fps with tweaks.

Find a stable voltage offset don't go higher if you go higher, your pc will crash. I choosed -69,7 for my CPU.
