With this video I show you how to floss with and without braces and around a "permanent" or fixed retainer!
I show you how to use a floss threader, threader floss, a platypus flosser, and a WATER FLOSSER!

The techniques in this video work the exact same way for a "permanent" or fixed retainer, which is a wire glued behind your teeth after braces are removed.
