In this video I go over how to easily make a simple 3D model in Blender for use in Tabletop Simulator. First I'll go over getting your reference image in place.
Then I'll demonstrate how to quickly and easily get your shape modeled
Next we will do the custom UV map
I also go over a great tip on how to determine what parts of your model will get tinted in TTS
Finally I'll import the model into Tabletop Simulator so we can see how things look!

I say it in the video, but I'm not a blender expert. I made this largely so I'd have a reference for myself. I hope that this can also help some other people. Feel free to ask questions in the comments. I'm happy to try and help.
