In response to the overwhelming popularity of the new Racing mode in Quake Live, I decided to make a small tutorial video. It shows 3 defrag fastcap world records for 3 popular CTF maps in Quake Live. I've done the video in timescale 0.5, and with key presses enabled, so you can see what keys are being pressed... in slow motion. People can also learn a route or two, so thats always good.

Yes, this is in defrag, but i guarantee you 100%, the movement in PQL is pretty much the same. You CAN learn from this video, especially if you've never played PQL before. You can safely ignore any idiots who say otherwise in comments, given that I hold a few world records for movement :-/

Don't mean to be pretentious, but i've done a few vids over the years, and people always comment about how this is defrag and blah blah blah - defrag has more features which are helpful for a learner, and thats the only reason I use defrag for these movement vids.
