52Who else unironically enjoys playing 12?
Sure, bad-frame data, low damage, weird and useless tools. These things all suck.
But a tier list of all the characters isn't the best way to decide who's better than who in a genre defined by (usually) 1 on 1 fighting. Twelve might be a bad character, but that's mostly relative to the rest of the cast. A 12 mirror-match is a fair battle.
What I'm trying to say is that, against a fellow low-tier, Twelve can actually be pretty fun.
And in a game where parrying is a universal mechanic, anyone can beat anyone if they're good enough.
Some people love that challenge, why else would you main a low-tier other than being in love with pain?
Twelve isn't a low-tier, YOU ARE.
(stop hating on twelve, it only means you'll be more embarrassed when somebody whoops your ass with him ;D)
