So this grotto is really awkward in 100% because if you B-charge the babas then sometimes you can take forever jumping all over the place or you might bonk, i have managed to run in there grab the poes and out without the babas ever disturbing me but it's just a messy room i feel.
Anyway here is the strat I found where you lure the poes to the back-rightish side then B-charge, you can't reach the babas so you shouldn't B-charge them by mistake. you might be able to get both poes within 1 B-charge but i couldn't, you can avoid being hit by the 2nd poe
NOTE: I tried going right to the back but when i B-charged the second one it went OOB a few times, it never did in this spot for me
