'Twist And Shout' - Barbarian Tornado Build Season 4 (PTR)
0This is my build for the tornado barb which seems to be the meta for season 4. There will probably be nerfs for it before the season starts because as you can see it melts both aoe and bosses. There is lots of masterworking I can do and improving if I want to make it better but it gets the job done as is.
The key is the double swing and putting on all the tornado buffs you can. There is a glyph that gives like 500% plus damage to the tornados plus you can put on tempering for each of your 4 weapons to increase the size. One of the codex perks gives you plus damage for each percent you add so not only can you make them bigger but a lot more devistating.
Also I am coining the term twist and shout for the build, let's hope that it sticks.
