Mr. Slam with the Helicopter camera. There are many areas in the game where the Helicopter camera can't be used, so in this playthrough, I will use the Helicopter camera while avoiding all the places that doesn't allow that camera view. This means the full health in Los Angeles is unreachable. Going below and inside the Eiffel Tower is banned. New York is very limited now and the two windmills in Holland can still return the camrera to the original one, even though it's destroyed. Moscow has nothing that effects the camera. The subway in Hong Kong is also banned, and that's a nice place to go to with all the turbos there. The whole point of this is to keep the helicopter camera at all times without loosing it. Having a lot of turbos for the next stage is harder now. Car like Thumper will burn your turbos with his fire. There's a freeze in 3:55. I don't know what makes a video does that while recording it with a Dazzle.
