Twisted Metal: Harbor City PCSX2 Release Trailer + Instructions
82It’s been a long time but Twisted Metal: Harbor City is finally playable on PCSX2! Thanks once again to all the developers involved with this game that never had a chance to see the light of day. And a massive thank you to Zombie for getting the game working on PCSX2.
Instructions:
Download TMHC package https://drive.google.com/file/d/19ecvqpfQV4mfiAT87J84GgxlI5xBZ1gE/view?usp=sharing
Unpack somewhere on your PC
Provide a legitimate PS2 BIOS in the PCSX2/bios folder
Run TMHC.bat and enjoy!
From here you can change emulator settings, increase resolution, etc.
An advanced install video will come once PCSX2 supports TOOL mode officially.
Helpful tips for running the build:
The debug menu can be accessed at any time by pressing Select.
If the audio begins to loop, open the debug menu with Select and navigate to The Sound Lounge (Page 43). From here set the Reload Banks to 1 and close the debug menu. This should reset any looping sounds.
The player can press all face buttons simultaneously to teleport to objectives in Mission 1. This appears to be the only way you can interrogate the warden.
Creating a shortcut to TMHC.bat will allow you to use the following launch arguments. Warning some of these may make the game unstable or break level transitions.
