Twisted Metal: Head-On es un videojuego desarrollado por Incognito Entertainment y publicado por Sony el 24 de marzo de 2005 para la PlayStation Portable y 05 de febrero 2008 para la PlayStation 2. Head-On no sólo comparte la distinción de ser el séptimo juego entrega de la saga Twisted Metal, pero también es el primer juego de la serie que se envían completamente en línea-habilitado.

Head-On se considera una verdadera secuela a Twisted Metal 2. Esto hace que Twisted Metal: Head-On, para todos los efectos, el "verdadero" Twisted Metal III al seguir la línea de Twisted Metal parcela.

Similar a otros juegos de la serie, Head-On gira en torno al mismo tema de un hombre llamado Calypso a cabo un torneo combate con vehículos llamados "Twisted Metal" con la promesa de conceder el ganador lo que piden.
