Playing Trapper and Piecemeal are ok, but I wish they were the same size as when I faced them.
Axel is on the playground level, shoot a missile in the middle swing.
Darkside is in the kitchen level, shoot a napalm on the repairman's butt.
Mime is in the Holiday Havoc level (kill 30 cars on endurance to get this level) Shoot the Christmas tree and use the tree to climb the fireplace and destroy all of the stockings.
To get Trapper, you have to beat the game with all of the characters on at least medium difficulty.
To play as Piecemeal, beat the game as Trapper on hard difficulty.
