Old New Super Mario Bros - the game that returned the series to its roots and also started a trend of somewhat forgettable, bland entries that came out a bit too close to each other. They're not all bad though, and this one usually gets a pass for being the first. So far I'd call it a bit forgettable, but still pretty decent.
