Twitter has sent a letter to Tesla CEO Elon Musk after he terminated the $44 billion acquisition deal. Terming his withdrawal as "invalid and wrongful”, Twitter said Musk "knowingly" breached the deal. "Twitter demands that Musk and...other Musk Parties comply with their obligations under the Agreement...to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated by the Agreement," it added.
