These two characters are among the most hated people in the entire Street Fighter franchise by the community, and I think Capcom should bring them back to the latest game.

Assuming Capcom releases DLC theme packs for each of the major entry in the franchise for Street Fighter 6, these two characters would be a really solid fit from the third entry in the long-running series.
