Sorry, I kind of take a long time to get to the point so I listed the two changes I'd like to see below:

1) Precision Weapons that take more skill to use have the highest damage
2) Splash damage weapons and one's with huge sights not kill so fast
3) Non-weapon change: Warcry gone or only made to effect weapon power for a shorter time. NOT both defense and power.
