This run could easily be sub 3 minutes but after that is questionable, I reset everytime I didn't get one of three Daily Quests (you need to complete 3 dailies to unlock wings), those being Drink Water (water next to your bed), jump 10 times (can stand on the bed), and Talk to a Friend (Sephiroth outside your room is a friend :]), anything else is too slow to be worth it, as you need to sleep every time you complete a daily. You also need good luck in getting teleport to give you only locations you've haven't been to yet, each repeatedly teleport costs about 5 seconds I think
You can only achieve Legendary Dragon by getting to Highway and standing in the Maze with 15000+ dollars, I'm still genuinely unsure if money from pictures taken is random or fixed, but I usually had to rely on taking a picture of the bunny and kitten chilling in the flower field in Candy World, and didn't have to rely on them this time, making me think it's random.
