In the late 90s, there was a surprising trend of people accidentally overdosing on Tylenol - whether it was children being given too much, or adults combining it with alcohol. This led to a later ad campaign from "Nothing's Safer", to a new one in the early 2000s which basically said, 'If you're not going to read the instructions, GTFO."
