3Typoman is a 2D puzzle platformer. You slip into the role of a character made of letters, struggling to make your way through a dark and hostile world. Despite your small stature you have a powerful gift: You can craft words to alter your environment. But choose your words wisely - they can either be a blessing ...or a curse! The game comes with a very distinct soundtrack crafted by Netherland based award-winning audio studio SonicPicnic.
History
Typoman was first showcased at gamescom 2014 and attracted lots of attention and recognition for its very unique game concept, the play on words combined with platforming. The game was first released as an exclusive Nintendo Wii U title on the Nintendo eShop in Nov 19th 2015. Typoman: Revised is an updated and refined version set to be released on PC, Mac, Xbox One and PS4. We have been working hard getting Typoman: Revised updated on areas we felt improvements could be made, but also based on feedback we gathered from the Wii U version. Some changes were very drastic, we've removed the hint system, redesigned many segments including the boss battle and updated the character controls.
