In early 2008, I recorded gameplay footage of Mega-lo-Mania. The problem was that I had spliced in Nana Mizuki's Eternal Blaze, which caused copyright issues and thus I decided to redo the whole shebang. This time I went for the Sega Genesis version, for two reasons. One was that it was released in North America as "Tyrants - Fight through Time", which means that it runs in 60 FPS (the SNES version was only released in Japan and Europe) and that there is an exploit in the Genesis version wherein once you put down the initial tower the amount of men used is set but it is possible to decrease the amount of men actually taken from the reserves by lowering the number. Thus I was able to get away frugally until the penultimate era, wherein I had to actually have hundreds of men at the start to win.
