To celebrate Halloween, my channel will be doing a 31 Days of Paranoia Halloween event. This is where I play horror games for the month of October. In today's video of Resident Evil 3, we take control of Carlos and head to the Raccoon City PD. We are trying to get our hands on Bard since Umbrella wants us to retrieve him. Along the way we come across situations that make me believe Carlos had to be getting MAJOR hazard pay for this cause UBCS must PAY me to deal with all this PTSD. The million dollar question is; Where's Bard?
