Welcome back to the channel. In this video we are looking through the new terms of service (ToS) that Ubisoft have published. In the ToS it now states that they own all user generated content within their services which is obvious but they're claiming that they own your face if you stream or record any footage with a facecam so don't stop posting content but do be careful. They also mention you must obey instructions given by a representative and failure to obey to all of the rules will result in a sanction to either the services or your account. You also must not help lower level players because it boosts their stats and you're not allowed to rage quit as it ruins the flow of gameplay. Let me know your thoughts in the comments, is this a joke or are Ubisoft seriously thinking this is okay to do?
