UCHA's „Excuses" gets right to the point with a dark digital touch. No time is wasted. An extraterrestrial bass line forms the cornerstone of this bombastic score-like experience. It literally feels like a sci-fi movie, as the subliminal melody kicks in, accompanied by a mixture of synthetic and natural percussion elements...
…wait. What just happened? Our radar has been jammed by an unidentifiable force. After a moment of silence, we realize: Momo Khani has emerged, synchronizing his energy with UCHA's forming "Rauschkind". Foreign melodies, previously rather in the background, now dominate the soundscape. An adventurous spirit spreads. We are now ready. To explore.
It gets more digital. „Separate Ways" introduces us to the matrix. A simple yet hypnotizing premise puts us into a deep state of rave. Slight melodic top lines keep us connected with humankind. But we are not on earth. Earth seems more like a long-forgotten tale.
