Famous for being the worst Ultima game. The publisher even denied its existence for a while, but it was briefly in stores.
If you played the PC fanport, you have no idea how bad the fighting system actually is. The PC port lets you move and attack at any point, but here you can only move or attack once per second and the enemies eventually become so quick that trying any kind of strategic fighting is utterly pointless. The only way I found to defeat enemies on the later levels is to wait for them to come at you and use the letters at the bottom as a visual cue for when to attack and kill them instantly.
Also the mazes are supposed to be randomly generated, but if you always do the same movements and kill every enemy in the described method you will get the same maze layouts and enemy spawns every time.
