So, in order to get the key to the Beyvin's crypt from Manrel, you have to tell Manrel that you've already been to the crypts. Weird, I know. But then, he gives you the key no problem. You can find Manrel at the bar in the Blue Boar Tavern or in his house just south and east of the tavern.
