From Me: PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, or PUBG, is a survival shooter in the same theme as the well-known Hunger Games. Basically, 100 players are flown into a large map as solos, duos, or squads, and they must use their wits and equipment to be the last man/group standing. After parachuting in, each person must search for vehicles, weapons, armor, attachments, medical supplies, etc., take out any enemies that may be in the way, and make their way inside an ever-constricting map. The game has a high focus on tactics and awareness, with sound playing a huge role in finding potential attackers. Furthermore, there's a large amount of complexity in types of loot, types of cover, coordination with teammates, whether or not to move or to stay, and a large number of other necessities for survival - it's a classic "easy to learn, hard to master" scenario. I'm really enjoying this game with friends, and while it can be difficult, almost every game brings its own rewards.
Steam: PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS is a last-man-standing shooter being developed with community feedback. Starting with nothing, players must fight to locate weapons and supplies in a battle to be the lone survivor. This realistic, high tension game is set on a massive 8x8 km island with a level of detail that showcases Unreal Engine 4's capabilities.
