PS: And re: the Bone Tomahawk as usual left my thought half-done: what was great about it is that a lot of it is like a real horror western. What's less great are the 'hollywoodisms' (just slightly overdone heroism, for example), but it's good enough that those are easily swept under the rug in this case.
