Alright, since I've built up quite the backlog while working on Voidy, why don't we get right into it now?

First things first, this is a challenge I had done a little while ago. There was someone else that did a video on this before me, but they cheesed it using a mod that gives you constant access to your Super Form. So, I figured that I'd be the person to do it legitimately. Especially considering that the reward you get for beating Mindscape in Ultimate Mode is having Ultimate Ina and/or Super Aether forced for the rest of run.

For those who don't know, Ultimate Mode is an extra difficulty accessed via Marathon Mode where you get no rings, no checkpoints, no lives, and no shields. Basically meaning that you have to do everything all in one go, and it all relies on your own skill. With Mindscape however, you'll still get 3 lives, but you also still effectively have to beat both phases of Facciolo in one go or else you get sent all the way back to the beginning of the stage. Speaking of which, the orbs that Inazuma has to homing attack onto can now turn into spikeballs at certain intervals, so it'll probably be best just to use Aether for less likely chances of dying overall. Granted, Aether herself may still be a bit janky since tapping spin will sometimes bring up the Spell Menu and switch you to a different spell instead of just casting the spell you're currently on. This has lead to many of my deaths being an accidental Arcane Rush into Moonreaver.

Apparently, this is supposed to be the "intended experience" for Mindscape, so I'll also be showing off stuff I didn't get to show off last time such as the fancy-schmancy intro cutscene as well as the fancy-schmancy credits. In conclusion, this may have taken me many tries to do, but the forced Ultimate Ina as well as hearing It Has To Be This Way personally makes it all worth it.
