The strat for phase 2 of this battle is to keep her in a neutral emotion state: since her move that attacks everyone inflicts a random emotion, you can't risk giving her an advantage over one of your folks. And of course debuff debuff debuff-- Kel with Hero's follow up attack comes in very handy here!
