As you can see from the trailer, the design is inspired by the FC version of Ninja Gaiden. It is an orthodox one-way strategy type with all 8 stages, and it is a compact one that can be cleared in less than an hour including several bosses.

There is a concept of remaining lives, and the initial value is 3. If you take damage and lose all your health, or if you die by touching a pitfall or deadly trap, you will lose one remaining life and restart from the beginning of the stage. Game over when all remaining lives are gone. No content.
