A racer made in partnership with IGS. The sleek cabinet houses a racing game that throws licensed cars against the backdrop of morphing tracks that are being destroyed by natural disasters. The game has all the traditional elements you’d expect from an arcade racing game: various camera modes, boost function, a collection of real cars. Ultra Race adds excitement to this gameplay staple by making the player react to the constantly changing tracks affected by volcano eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis and other calamities.
Each track consists of 2 parts, and in multiplayer the players get to each choose one part of the track, which creates varied environments. Altogether there are 12 themes that combine into 6 tracks. Players can also choose from 6 cars on offer.
