This port was absolutely broken when it came out in May 2014. The online especially was unplayable. I wanna say in this video I was playing against my friend Seth. This video came up in my memories on FB. It may have been other people playing, I don't remember at this point. My voice is in the video though.

It was so bad that even though it was supposed to be used for EVO 2015, they opted to use the 360 version instead. After EVO was over, Ultra for PS4 was fixed just enough to where it ended up becoming the tournament standard. Capcom's big mistake was outsourcing the port to Other Ocean, a company that had no experience afaik with fighting games.
