Complete soundtrack of an unreleased Sega Megadrive game from 1994 by Digital Illusions (EA DICE) called Hardcore, that Psygnosis cancelled for reasons unknown to me, yet the game was almost completed. Thankfully, Strictly Limited Games hooked up with some of the original dev team members and restored it in 2019 as ULTRACORE for legal reasons, with physical pre-orders in May, later becoming a part of Mega SG, with cartridge versions for Japanese (October 2019) and Worldwide (November 2019) Megadrives, with digital releases coming next year.

Pretty awesome game in my opinion, very good Turrican-like, with secrets, six upgrade-able weapons and tough bosses with fair share of tough platforming challenges and some pixel perfect jumps, that are a bit of a nuisance, especially in the later stages.

The soundtrack was obtained from the dumped Japanese rom online with Kega Fusion's VGM Logging, then converted to .wav with WinAmp plugins and Disk Writer and finally touched up and converted to .mp3 in Audacity. All credits belongs to Olof Gustafsson.
