UltraWings 1.03 High-Rez Pro Patch (PSVR) Review, Gameplay, info + thoughts The_Preacher Plays
Today I'm playing Ultra Wings 1.03 PS4 Pro patch which increases resolution, fixes stuttering, bugs and possibly improves frame rate.
There is definitely an increase in overall clarity but at the expense of shadow detail and an increase in aliasing/shimmering of hard edges in the distance. I believe this must be a compromise made by the developers in order to maintain a solid frame rate with increased clarity.
I'm not 100% convinced the increase in clarity outweighs the decrease in anti aliasing quality as I had very little issue with the games overall look prior to this high resolution patch.
