Parent's Note: Umbra Via is a beautiful game, and our family has really enjoyed playing it, but we understand the theme may be a sticking point for some, and that's understandable. The story within the game deals with souls, and you're trying to claim your "soul flowers" however we feel it's important to note that beyond the name of the components, this theme has no real impact in the game, and if you are uncomfortable using the given names of the components with your kids (Soul tile, soul flower), you could easily refer to them as your player tile and light and dark colored flowers and it wouldn't affect the gameplay in any way whatsoever.
