Ok, guess I can't improve this much further. This works from anywhere on the screen. I did it starting from ground throw to prove that any touch with Shuma into Hulk will lead to this kill, since this is the maximum scaling, maximum distance starter. It also works if next char is Haggar, but does less damage (still enough to kill about half of the cast).
