Its funny to me that people even all these years later are still trying to act as if denjin mode isnt just a niche thing and is some sort of always the optimal thing to go for. You just arent smart enough to understand bro, sorta logic. I already explained denjin mode when the game came out, and the stuff I see posted is such nonsense. Denjin mode is what is it 13 years later whatever it is, no different than when i first talked about it. Its very niche, and in most instances you do MORE damage if you dont use it. Sure there might be some sort of random conversion here, of if the other opponent is some huge life character there might be some theoretical situation where you can do more damage by going into it. (however even that is iffy as thinking about it, I dont think I ever did comparisons of triple shinkuu hadoken links in umvc3 to compare. Which could do more as well.) But generally speaking no its niche. Its not that great. As well as there are more specific character and variations to the combo routes with it. Yea there are some combo video type combos that can do lots of damage but guess what, the dude is already long dead. If you are talking BNB stuff like.. what are you talking about. In general its just not there. And its funny as because it also shows the community has some huge brain fart that they somehow want to pretend that going into denjin mode doesnt take super, so will post some stupid shit, where they use more meter with somehow out even realizing it.
