The only level comprised entirely of a boss fight, this battle is only annoying because of the enemy fighters that speed by. They're ten times as worse in gamer mode...
Some more info: Stages are fairly short to the point where bosses can be considered half of their respective levels. Naturally, it's important that the bosses are fun and challenging. I think U.N. Squadron delivers. (Geez, I'm starting to feel like an Oblivion loading screen)
