8I reached out to juguLator01 regarding his SWAT 4 mod. Essentially its his modification of SEF FR v0.66. To quote Jug:
"I decided to refurbish my Swat4 game from scratch, using First Responders v0.66 as a base. Today, v0.67 has just been released, but i took some time to cutomize my copy, so i'll keep using v0.66 for a while.
Modifications:
1. Character speed overhaul, SWAT, suspects, civvies
2. Weapon POV and reloading times improved
3. Slight zoom in ADS, faster in/out
4. Sound downgrade to FR v0.65 (i really disliked v0.66)
5. New weapon firing sound for my main gun (M4CQB)
6. Carefully crafted reshade preset with color rebalance, texture sharpening, bloom, etc. I'm going for the darkness."

What's this channel about?
I do single plans ,all day, everyday for DK2. I play other games like SWAT 4 and the like.
Do you use mods?
Nowadays mostly vanilla units. I used to be all about mods, I even released a few. Overall , they look cool and they make it easy, perhaps too easy. I still showcase mods sometimes. I think the vanilla units are enough of a good challenge.
What's your loadout?
Any kind of AR variant for the primary weapon system plus any mission essential equipment or depends if I'm running mods.
Honestly, part of the fun of the game is finding out what works. Equipment should be seen as part of the tactics to meet your needs, not a crutch.
What tactics do you use?
Terms may vary but I just do basic stuff that gets used across the globe, I prefer to go dynamic ,strongwalling/wall flooding, even for single person clearance. If I need to go deliberate I will adapt.
