Seele is one of the best Main DPS players can obtain in Honkai: Star Rail, and she’s part of the Character Event Warp for Version 1.0. Obtaining a powerful Main DPS is perhaps one of the most important parts of building a powerful team.
Seele is a Quantum element unit from Honkai Star Rail that can obliterate powerful enemies due to the Butterfly Flurry ultimate that reigns devastation on a single target.The best Seele build in Honkai Star Rail utilizes the In the Night Light Cone to give her incredible SPD stats and increase her Basic ATK, Skill DMG, and the CRIT DMG of her Ultimate.
The Light Cone I am using is Cruising in the Stellar Sea. It Increases the wearer's CRIT rate by 8%/10%/12%/14%/16%, and increases their CRIT rate against enemies with HP less than or equal to 50% by an additional 8%/10%/12%/14%/16%. When the wearer defeats an enemy, increase their ATK by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% for 3 turn(s).
My Relics are Genius of Brilliant Stars. It increases Quantum DMG 10% with 2 pieces. With full set, When the wearer attacks enemies with Quantum Weakness, ignores 25% DEF.
And I'm using Inert Salsotto. It Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 8%. When the wearer's current CRIT Rate reaches 50% or higher, the wearer's Ultimate and follow-up attack DMG increases by 15%.
