Unbox It: Dark Horse Direct 'Spaceboy Maquette'
10Unbox It has featured a number of games lately, but we get other awesome goodies throughout the year too. This includes some out of this world, limited edition collectibles we went out of our way to find.
Netflix introduced Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá's The Umbrella Academy to an overwhelmingly positive response. But as amazing as the streaming series has been, many of us remember The Umbrella Academy because of Bá's fantastic and unique artwork.
Because of all that success, Dark Horse has started releasing limited edition maquettes through their Dark Horse Direct website. Initially, The White Violin was dropped, and it now sits on the resell market for four figures. So Dark Horse followed up with Spaceboy, aka Luther, aka Number 1.
This maquette is a beast of a statue, and is beautiful from top to bottom. But instead of typing all about it, Iggy and Evey will do the talking in this first look and unboxing video.
