So to my theorization, this glitch is caused because of the action replay code that unlocks well, everything, including the characters from Unchained as playable characters or those who appeared in the konquest mode for things such as side quests or one off fights. Although, it seems most likely that option one is the likely scenario due to Frost not being in Deception whatsoever.
