Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is an Action-Adventure game developed by Naughty Dogs, one of the best if not the best game developer today. It is a direct sequel of the critically acclaimed franchise the Uncharted series and is considered the final chapter of Nathan Drake’s story. A few years after the events of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, we see an older Nathan who retired from his adventure days to live a normal life together with his lover-now-wife Elena. But after the sudden reappearance of his brother Samuel Drake, Nathan is plunged back into another epic adventure to find their childhood and their mother’s goal of finding the long-lost treasure of the Pirate Henry Avery. Standing in their way are their former partner the wealthy Rafe Adler and Shoreline mercenary leader Nadine Ross who also seeks to find the said treasure for their own purposes.

The Definitive Game of the Year of 2016 based on being the highest rated game of the year receiving an average critic score of 93. It also received the most GOTY awards and #1 nominations of the year 2016 garnering 165 of said awards. Big praise was focused on its cinematic and realistic graphics, the top-notched acting of the characters, the action-packed gameplay of the game and its great story which is fitting as the proper farewell of Nathan Drake. Minor criticism was given to the overall gameplay which has not really changed compared to the previous three titles. Regardless, a game that is a must-buy to all PS4 gamers and is a big step in the next generation of games. Enjoy!
