I can already hear you screaming what the fuck is this? This PS4 crap in 4K. harharharharhar......Yes, I agree. It is bullshit. I have not seen anythng that would point to 4K when they cant run the game at 60fps even...and thats 1080p or some crazy resolution. And even though memory would not be a problem, there is just not enough power in their APU to render this game at 4K. And no one can argue with this. They could run this game at 4K though in a different way.....but it would run at 7-10 fps.....so not viable.

And "cough" not a single console or game manufacturer has ever been cought using "real" PC:s running their demos...ever....."cough"

But I thought this game looked pretty nice even though it may be upscaled through filters or ran at a pc or something...I dont know. I dont care. I just liked watching it is all...maybe you will too if you can avoid thinking Playstation or consoles in general.....Try to have fun.
